Dr. Hayden offers a variety of consultation services to assist in planning for individuals with cognitive concerns. This may include:
- Provide recommendations and guidance in planning for future care issues that may impact an individual with cognitive issues (following neuropsychological consultation or neuropsychological assessment)
- Provide suggestions and connections to appropriate community services, with sensitivity to the individual’s care needs (following neuropsychological consultation or neuropsychological assessment)
- Provide consultation regarding cognitive and behavioural management to nursing home facilities
