There can be many challenges for people facing changes to and difficulties with their cognition (memory, language, problem solving, etc). This can include difficulties at school, work, or in everyday life. Such changes may occur for many reasons including head injury, neurodegenerative disease (i.e., Alzheimer’s Disease), post-chemotherapy effects, stroke or other neurological conditions. In order to plan and manage such challenges, it is most helpful to have cognition assessed, followed by effective planning for appropriate community based service. Taking care of your brain’s health and promoting healthy aging is our passion. We are committed to providing services to assist you in this process, and to do so in a timely and sensitive manner.
